Our weekly rotating menu features dishes like slow-cooked barbacoa bowls, Mediterranean chicken with coconut rice, grass fed picanha with bourbon butter, and more. Everything is cooked with real fats -- butter, olive oil, coconut oil, and tallow. No canola, no soybean oil, no shortcuts.
